Cancellation terms / withdrawl

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period begins after receiving the written notice but not before the recipient receives the item (for repeat orders of the same items, not before receipt of the first part of the delivery).

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform:

with a clear explanation (ex: a letter sent by the post, an e-mail, or phone call) of your decision to cancel the order or – if the item is provided to you before the end of the 14 days – by sending the item back. You can use our sample withdrawal form for this, even though it is not mandatory. You can also fill in and send us the cancellation explanation on our website (https://en.cbdprime.shop/cancel-order). Use this option and we will immediately send you a confirmation (by e-mail, for example) of the receipt of such a cancellation. To preserve the cancellation period, it is enough to inform us of your use of the right to cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Goods groups excluded from the right of withdrawal

Social services, health services, hygienic items, perishable goods for mass consumption, as well as products made especially for the customer.

Results of the cancellations

When you cancel the order, we refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). This does not include charges due to the means of payment you have chosen. If the payment service provider through which you have made your payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.) does not refund the charges incurred during the purchase, we have the right to deduct these charges from the amount of the refund. In the case of digital goods, this refund may be made immediately, but must be paid back no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For all other goods, the repayment period is the same, but begins on the day we receive your return. This means that we may refuse to refund until we have received the cancelled goods from you. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Returning the items

You must return the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days after receipt of the revocation instruction or after receipt of the goods to us:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. Based on our own experience in practice, we recommend choosing an insured and traceable return form with tracking number. Please note: Carriage forward returns are not accepted. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

No delivery to packing stations

If an order is nevertheless placed with a packing station, this leads without change of the delivery address to the automatic cancellation / return. Details see terms and conditions.
